Tell me Baby are a well-known Australia digital parenting community. They approached Redline to develop their new website which needed to have optimum user customer experience, and involved considerable brands, products and content requirements, as well as a customer rewards program.
Tell Me Baby is a powerful online parenting community website holding thousands of reviews on the latest and greatest baby products ranging from car seats to baby wipes. Tell Me Baby approached Redline to complete development the website, in which it was critical to deliver optimum user customer experience, and involved considerable brands, products and content requirements, as well as a customer rewards program. With multiple stakeholders involved our project management approach was key. During the planning process we outlined each team’s responsibilities and worked on the key milestones together. We had regular contact each week and face-to-face meetings throughout the build.The aim of the project was to grow the Tell Me Baby as a community and provide customers with the ability to find baby products and reviews seamlessly.
